This evening’s class was just the best end to the year🙌👩🏾🍳. The festive menu was delicious, healthy and all things chestnuts: velvety chestnut soup, chestnut salad and savory wild rice with chestnuts, chanterelle mushrooms, and fennel.
The main protein was citrus herbed Cornish hens, brined and seasoned and roasted to perfection-the best. Thank you to my wonderful team. These ladies are the best and between us, we create an amazing cooking and wine experience.
