Returning back to this incredibly delicious series with Indian cuisine! This, of course, is one of my favorite foods that take me back to my Indo-Carribean roots. We’ll take a non-traditional spin on these recipes and create flavorful and healthy vegan recipes.

    A non-dairy version that is just as tasty and easy to make.

  • Cauliflower Dahl

    Packed with flavor and nutrients, this dahl recipe is a meal on its own!

  • Turmeric Jeera Rice (Cumin Rice)

    There's all kinds of ways to spice up rice, but the subtle flavor of turmeric & cumin makes this version unique and delicious.

  • Tofu Saag

    Yes, you can achieve a creamy consistency with this traditional Indian dish without the yogurt or cream.

  • Mango Coconut Sorbet

    A healthy and delicious treat to cleanse the palette after an incredible meal!

The cancellation policy enables me to bring you cooking experiences that are small, intimate, and hands-on. Any cancellation up to two weeks prior to your class start date will be refunded 100%. Cancellations up to 5 days before your class start date will qualify for an online credit to be applied to another class. No refunds, credits or class transfers will be issued for cancellations received less than 5 days before your class start date, however, you may always send a friend in your place if you’re unable to attend.
