New Year, New You! The first cooking class of the year was all about low-carb, and deliciously healthy recipes. We had a lot of mandoline time making thin slices of eggplant for eggplant lasagna pinwheels. We also took a spin on gut-healthy asparagus, ribboning it with a vegetable peeler for and asparagus and kale salad. Everything was tasty and most of all we had so much fun, cooking together in teams and enjoying our hard work over a beautiful dinner party. The classes are more than just cooking, they are about connecting with other likeminded, healthy people over the love of good food.
