Healthy Thanksgiving Side Dishes

This cooking class was so much fun and festive too! The recipes were the stars of the evening alongside this beautiful group of women-most of which were new to the class.
We prepared a fantastic cauliflower au gratin, acorn squash stuffed with leeks, chestnuts and apples, a turmeric ginger galette and apple rosettes. What I remember most about the class is that we were meticulous about managing the oven-everything needed baking time in the oven! In the end, we all sat down to a lovely dinner, with lively conversation.
