Cooking together has never been so much fun! The Friends Giving menu was all about learning to prepare a moist, juicy turkey- not so easy in real life! But we used Healthy On You I’m Still Brining Turkey brine spice and Seasoning Beneath My Wings to create an amazingly moist and deliciously flavored turkey breast. We also made a yummy warm Freekeh salad with toasted butternut squash and dates!
This year I finally taught baked amaretto apples with coconut cream and it was hands down a winner. We were all holding up our apple parcels before we baked them in the oven. Good times, good food and good friends!
