Ethnic Cooking, Simple and Beautiful

By Samantha Binkley

This was another amazing cooking class with beautiful ethnic cuisines on the menu! I realize I eat like this more often, not only because I love the various flavors, but because it breaks up the monotony of weeknight cooking!

This group of ladies was so much fun. We had a great time making all these recipes in stages all coming together for a perfect meal in the evening. We prepared Za’atar Spiced Socca Bread topped with avocado and tomatoes, North African Couscous with raisins and pistachios, Za’atar Spiced Chicken with Pomegranates, a Moroccan Red Gazpacho with Shrimp and a delicious dairy-free Rosewater Ice Cream!

A big shout out to Lisa Hewitt of Pegaus Winery. She always kills it with their food friendly wines that make the evening shine.
