Cook with Sam! This delicious stir fry is a perfect end-of-the-week meal. You get to clean out your fridge and use up those extra veggies too. You can easily add any protein like tofu, shrimp, chicken or beef. It’s packed with flavor and fun to make. The Coco Bomb cocktail is a great compliment.

Spring Vegetable Stir Fry
Coco Bomb Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 serving
- Healthy On You Spice Spice Baby Asian 6 Spice Blend
- 1 tsp Go-Chu-Jang paste (fermented chile paste-optional)
- low-sodium soy sauce/Tamari
- minced garlic
- turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
- toasted sesame oil
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 12 ounces dried sweet potato noodles/rice noodles
- flavorless oil like grapeseed, safflower or canola oil
- yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup baby corn
- fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 medium bell pepper
- sugar snap peas
- 1 cup + chopped asparagus
- baby spinach (about 2 packed cups)
- toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

2 drinks
- 2 oz whiskey
- 2 oz sake
- 1½ oz coconut water
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of orange bitters (optional)
