Annual Pumpkin Madness!

In the fall, cooking with spices takes on a whole new meaning. Everything tastes so much better, more fragrant, more hearty, and in this case, much healthier. This beautiful cauliflower au gratin was from the Healthy On You cooking class yesterday.


We used HealthyOn You Moroccan Round the Clock and Let the good Thymes Roll spice blends to create this delicious casserole of roasted Moroccan spiced cauliflower that’s mixed in with a hearty tomato sauce then topped with goat cheese and baked. It was an excellent main course with a delicious fennel and persimmons salad. This class was loved by all, because what’s better than enjoying healthy, flavorful food among friends? Happy Monday!
